Return Policy
All Flatout Fire Pits come with a 6 month manufacturing warranty that covers for all manufacturing faults.
If a product is faulty, you may return it within this 6 month period for a part replacement, exchange or repair. Warranty does not cover postage or in home repair or servicing.
We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind.
If you fail to maintain or use your Flatout Fire Pit correctly by following the owner’s manual provided to you at the time of purchase, your warranty is void.
