SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is available on all Flatout Fire Pit orders. Postage is charged at the buyers expense and is calculated on the weight of your order. If you cannot find your shipping location when in the check out, please contact us for a quote.
Please include which items you would like to order as we as provide your suburb & postcode for a shipping estimate BEFORE making a purchase online if your location is not listed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In line with consumer law, where a product is faulty, you may return it within a 6 month period from your purchase date for a part replacement, exchange or repair.
Warranty does not cover postage or in home repair or servicing.
We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind.
If you fail to maintain or use your Flatout Fire Pit correctly by following the owner’s manual provided to you at the time of purchase, your warranty is void.
