    Send us your property name, cattle brand, nick name, or your own idea for an end plate and we will send you a quote.  
    All custom designs will be quoted on an individual basis (Approx. $50.00 - $100.00 depending on the complexity of the design)
    NOTE:  We do not do Team logos or any licenced products due to copyright laws.

    • Return Policy

      ​In line with QLD consumer law, where a product is faulty, you may return it within this 6 month period for a part replacement, exchange or repair.  Warranty does not cover postage or in home repair or servicing.

      ​We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind.

      ​If you fail to maintain or use your Flatout Fire Pit correctly by following the owner’s manual provided to you at the time of purchase, your warranty is void.
